The Plaza is one of the best clubs of Saint Petersburg. It's a part of the Vasilievsky Island Spit Ensemble in the historical center of the city. In 2000 and 2001 the Plaza became the winner of "The best night club" nomination of the "Night Life Awards" contest. The club is very popular among progressive youth: 600-800 people spend their time in the Plaza daily.
The Plaza includes a casino, a restaurant and a dance floor. The program of the club consists of live music, fashion shows, concerts of Russian and foreign stars (Boney M, Shaft, London Beat, Ottawan).
The casino works daily 24 hours a day, the restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 6:00, dancing parties take place every day except Monday.
Entrance price depend on the concert. Average entrance prices (concert ticket price is not included) is: on Tuesday - 100-200 rubles, on Wednesday - 100 rubles (from 22:00 till midnight - 50 rubles for the girls), on Thursday - 300-500 rubles (100 rubles till midnight), on Friday and Saturday - 300-500 rubles, on Sunday - 100 rubles.
