The Oktyabrskaya Hotel is situated in the very center of Saint Petersburg, in front of the Moscow railway station, on the crossroads of the Nevsky and Ligovsky prospects. The closest metro station - Uprising Square - is located 5 minutes of walking away from the Oktyabrskaya. Not far from the hotel there are such sights as Alexander Nevsky lavra, Beloselskih-Belozerskih palace, Anichkov bridge and other museums, theaters and monuments of Petersburg, as well as the largest trade centers of the city - the Merchants' Yard and the Passage.
The building housing the hotel was built in the 19th century. For more than 100 years of its existence the hotel has been reconstructed many times, and today it suggests its guests modern comfort and convenience at moderate prices.

The Okhtyabrskaya Hotel provides its customers with 563 rooms. Among them there are single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, deluxe and lux rooms, and apartments. All the rooms were renovated in 2001. In each room there is separate bathroom with WC, telephone, TV with satellite channels, radio, refrigerator. The doors of all the rooms are equipped with the Wincards locks. In some rooms there are irons and thermoses. In apartments and lux rooms there are electric kettles and hair dryers. Extra beds for separate price are available upon request.
