The hotel is situated in 5 km from Pulkovo International Airport and in 11 km from the city center, close to Moskovskaya metro station, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious parts of Saint Petersburg. The Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel was opened in May, 1981. The construction of the hotel was carried out by three Finnish companies who had won the tender: Polar Construction Company, Haka Construction Cooperative and Lemminkainen Oy (Gruppa Polar) with the support of American company American Tower Group.

Rooms

The hotel has 1600 beds and 840 guestrooms including 80 single rooms, 743 double rooms and 17 suites.
All the rooms are equipped according to the international lux hotel standard. All of them feature high-class furnishing, radio, TV with remote control, local and satellite channels, refrigerator, individual fire-safety system, guard alarm system, electronic door locks, efficient air-conditioning, triple windows with a very good noise protection, hairdryer, telephone with international access.
The guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or refreshments and buy small items at the buffets on the floors.
