The hotel Neptun is a part of the Neptun International Business Center, the first international business center in Saint Petersburg that was built in 1991 in the historical part of the city. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to famous Nevsky Prospect. The hotel was fully reconstructed in 1996 according to the best modern standards.
In 1993 it was the first hotel in Saint Petersburg included into the Best Western International hotel chain. This guarantees high quality of service of this family and business hotel maintained by chain management.

The hotel opened another new block of 85 rooms in 2001 and was given 4 stars standard the same year.

Junior suites and two-room suites have bathrooms and air-conditioning system. Three-room apartments (with a dwelling space of 100 square meters) include a bedroom, a drawing room, a cabinet, a kitchen, and a bathroom, including the air-conditioning system.
In the Second Block (built in 2000) every room is equipped with Spanish furniture and fitted with a mini-bar, color television set with satellite and Russian channels, local and international telephone links and data-port, bathroom with a bath.
