The hotel offers 20 standard rooms and 20 comfortable apartments. Standard rooms are about 35 square meters, apartments range in size from 80 to 120 square meters. All rooms are tastefully decorated and boast modern European furniture. Spacious and light bathrooms are equipped with new high quality sanitary engineering.

The standard room, single or double, has one or two bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Each room of this category has a telephone, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe.

The junior apartment, meant for 3 - 4 guests, has two bedrooms with two twin beds or one double bed in each room, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The senior apartment, that consists of three bedrooms with two twin beds or one double bed in each room, one kitchen and two bathrooms, can accommodate 5 - 6 persons. The modern kitchen has all the necessary equipment (from the oven to the coffeepot) for the guests could cook their favorite dishes.

The restaurant Marius Pub, situated on the ground floor, works 24 hours a day. Different types of wood, dominating in the interior docor, create unique atmosphere of warm and coziness. On the walls one can read mini texts, telling about the history, mythology and the fate of such popular drink as beer in different epochs and cultures.
