The hotel is situated in 5 km from Pulkovo International Airport and in 11 km from the city center, close to Moskovskaya metro station, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious parts of Saint Petersburg. The Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel was opened in May, 1981. The construction of the hotel was carried out by three Finnish companies who had won the tender: Polar Construction Company, Haka Construction Cooperative and Lemminkainen Oy (Gruppa Polar) with the support of American company American Tower Group.
